My wife purchased a 2015 Renault Captur from 1st Wheels and the service we received was second to none. The car was exactly as advertised, even down to the salesman, Jack, ensuring the car had 4 new tyres fitted and being delivered with a full MOT. We discovered one or two minor electrical problems during the first week of ownership so I contacted Jack who arranged for the items to be repaired within 4 hours of him collecting it and it being delivered back to us, all under the 3 month warranty.
All in all, excellent service and attention to detail.

Purchased a 2008 low mileage Vauxhall Corsa as my daughters first car, from Jack at 1st Wheels Car Sales. The service from the initial viewing to receiving the car was excellent. He put 12 months MOT on the car, it had a full documented service whilst in the garage and was delivered to the house. Great service from start to finish and refreshing to see. Thanks Jack.

Purchased a very good used quality car from Jack at first cars. From buying cars second hand without service, mot and much background information etc, this has been a completely different scenario. Jack at first cars was extremely professional and wasn’t your typical pushy sales man. Genuine and thoughtful, this chap clearly cares more about customer satisfaction than a quick sale, couldn’t recommend him and his business enough. The level of intelligence and consideration has given me a very positive mindset, from negotiating a 12 month warranty, to cleaning the car immaculately before I drove it away, would recommend to anyone, he even did a fresh MOT to go the extra mile. genuinely a 5 star company.

My son and I recently picked up a Citroen C1 from 1st Wheels, and honestly, it was a really good experience. We were helped by Jack who was friendly and helpful, who explained that the car had just had its brake discs, pads, and clutch sorted. He also mentioned it'd be fully serviced and MOT'd before we took it home. The car was in really good nick for its age, and chatting with Jack, you could tell he was all about providing a honest service. It's clear that keeping up a solid reputation means a lot to him. I'd definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to check out 1st Wheels.
